Monthly fishing tackle subscription

Does anyone here subscribe to one like mystery tackle box or lucky tackle or SA Fishing? Just curious.

A buddy does. Gets some good things every now and then. Seems like a waste of money to me, though. Just go buy the shite you need when you need it.

I got mystery tackle box as a present and it's fun to have something to look forward to and you get some pretty neat stuff you wouldn't normally buy

I got the inshore MTB for a few months. One cool bait, and then three packs of soft baits from the same companies every time.

I thought about it but where I fish it is basically the nuts and bolts that have worked for years. I was afraid i would get a lot of shite that really doesn't do well in our shallow dirtier water.

My brother has MTB. He gets excited when it arrives but then when we actually go fishing he goes out and buys stuff that we know catches fish.

I bought my dad a few month subscription from Fishing Enthusiast which was supposed to ship on June 23rd. It still hasn't arrived as of yesterday. I've called them and sent emails with no response. I would not recommend them.

I just signed up for the inshore Lucky Tackle Box but I don't know how long the excitement will last. I always take a mess of tackle and end up throwing the same lure for the entire day. Every time.

My bro got a $16 whopper plopper in his MTB. I subscribe to LTB and have gotten some really nice baits from Live Target. A lot of crappie soft baits that i'll never use. All in all, i like it

I guess this kinda sums it up for me. Live target hollow bodies run about $12-15 bucks, which is less than what a box costs. The rest of it is stuff I prob won't use in colors I can't pick. You really have to get lucky with every box for it to be worth it.

I get mystery tackle box. I like getting baits in the mail every month. But it's nothing special. I still use split tail sparkle Beatles 90% of the time.

2)they ask about it for 10 days before it get's here
3)race's to mailbox
4)keeps them out of my stuff
5)Encourages them to learn/try new techniques
6) I can use it to.
