I've heard of rednecks pulling up beside them and hitting them in the head with a hammer. Either way, it's a shitty way to go.

Only time I ever did it was a crippled (and very mad) spike in a creek. He almost won.

I knew a guy in Grand Chenier who would put his air boat on them in the marsh and drown them.

Other than out of state, what's the problem? Bow, knife, bullet, strangle, drown......are there rules against drowning game?

My paw paw did it. Probably more than once but I remember one funny tale of it as a kid. I don't have a problem with it really. It's just a deer.
