Can someone give me the meat, rice, water ratio for a mini pot?

I doubt that is on the jambalaya calculator. Sent a text to my cousin, he cooks in little mini pot competitions.

1 cup of rice. Probably a half an onion or a whole small one. Put about 1/3 pot of meat.

I usually stuff at least 1.5 cups of meat. Too much rice if not
