It looks like season one is on YouTube. I'm pumped as I've only watched seasons 5 & 6 on Netflix.

I tried frying up some duck tongue the other day. It was kind of like cracklins with too much gristle.

I did once. Seared it and braised it with some other meat. It was good but a lot of meat is that way. I want to try lightly boiling and seasoning it.

I have cooked beef tongue like a stove top roast with gravy. Delicious. Have not tried the deer tongue tho....

My man. An Asian acquaintance of mine said they would use duck blood when making pizza. From what I remember, they'd spread some blood like you would the sauce.
