Lost my best bud this mornin...

I have a catahoula that has been the greatest dog ever.
This mornin she didnt come when I called.She has always went down the railroad tracks at first light
to chase tree rats,so I figured she was just out of hearing range.
After about an hr I started getting a sinking feeling(she always comes to eat by 8am)so I walked down the tracks and found her laying between the tracks.She has been up and down these tracks for 3yrs,so I dont believe she was hit by a train.
I checked her over and it appears that she may have been shot but cant be certain.
Im gonna miss ya old girl
I wish I could be less attached to my dogs during times like these.Tears are a flowin.
