Hope someone doesn't steal your dog living in the woodlawn area.

This is what worries me. My other black lab was still in the yard. I generally keep my gates locked for this exact reason, but I took off the locks a few weeks ago and never put them back.

Hope you find it. It sucks not knowing where your dog(s) is. Know that from experience.

Got any pics? Any distinguishing marks? Is this in Baton Rouge?

I lost my lab/hunting companion/best friend about a month ago. He has yet to return. He's a goner.

He's just spending the night with a lady friend.

Yes. Will post later if I can find a good one. She's scared of cameras (go figure).

Not really, but her teeth are worn and she has a large knot on her throat that's only detectable by touch. Her bottom two teeth slightly protrude.

Yes, off of Jones Creek Road and Coursey.

That stinks. I've had cats fly the coop, but never a dog. She got spooked yesterday during that thunder and lightning and somehow must've gotten out of the yard. She usually hides under our porch swing, but this time she bolted.

My lab and my golden busted loose to go chase some black poon. I found the golden but not the lab. I'm convinced someone picked him up. If I ever find out who I'm going to break their skull.

Boy, this was a mistake. Ten replies, but only one was serious.

I'll keep a lookout. Myself and one of the lovely ladies live very close by (not together, she's dating another TD poster).

Yeah, they back up to a solid chunk of woods over there. If he doesn't find him today, I'll go ride my bike back there on what's left of the trails and do a quick search for him.

Was the gate left open? I used to have a neighbor dog that would come let our dog out of our gate.

Did you post this on Craigslist too? We've found a couple of lost animals this way.

Friend was watching his parents dog while they were out of town, we were off fishing and get a call back when were coming in that someone went over to feed the dog and it had escaped, got back home, put it on CL, bada bing, bada boom.......dog was found.
