Looking to start reloading

I was thinking about starting with the Lee Hand Press just to get my feet wet.Any experience?I will be loading for deer rifles and a couple handguns.

Bapple had a great thread on this topic here this week. It has links to his youtube clips. Very infomative.

pdubya,
The Lee hand press is a good tool, but it will limit what you can do. I'd suggest a more flexible press, such as a Lee turret press. See the links Nimble listed. I've got a lengthy post on page 1 of the first link.

Thanks guys.

Yea, check out my thread in the FAQ.

I'm planning on adding in extra steps for rifle once I order some .223 bullets. I'll post those in the same thread once I place an order and they come in.

That sounds great.I shoot a fair amount and would like to go ahead and load my own ammo.I also like "off the wall" calibers that ammo is sometimes hard to find.

How much cost is initial set up?

say for reloading 30-06

and can the same equipment be used for other rounds like .357
