Can anyone tell me a round about price the basic foremans and ranchers are going for?
I dont need all the bells and whistles, just 4WD, a winch, and foot shifter

Should be able to get a manual for close to $5k add about $500 for a winch install. They have really good accessory prices as well.

Have you purchased a 4 wheeler from Mississippi before?? Someone told me you don't have to pay sales tax or something along that line. Also, do ATV's have to be registered with the LDWF?

They charge tax based on your residence. It's registered with the dmv not ldwf.

I bought a Yamaha back in January, but I never put the license tags on it. Where is everyone putting theirs?

I just keep the tag on my registration papers in a ziplock bag in the rear compartment.

Go with the Foreman

I have been pleasantly surprised with the control and strength of the 2015 Honda Foreman I purchased.

Just bought a 15' rubicon with IRS, manual shift, non power steering on Labor Day from Covington Power Sports. Atv was $5800, added rear basket, 28" moto's with rims, and got the GAP and Honda protection. With tax, title, and add ons it was around $9000 OTD

that is too much ride for what I would need.....and coin.....but if I was using it every day for work then yes, it would be worth it.

I picked up a rubicon from Honda of Covington a few months ago and it's awesome. You can't go wrong with the foreman line.

You can get a Kodiak 700 for 6200ish and it's way more of a bike than the Foreman.

Ever since honda started sourcing so many parts from Thailand and China their reliability has gone to shite.

Drive by the service department of any dealer and take a look outside. More Hondas than Polaris. And that's saying something.
