Thanks yall, but I already found those online. I was looking more for any other ideas or similar tools. I know some old men used to make some locally when I was a kid.

Boot heel and a nail is what I use

Wouldn't be hard to make that out of some sheet metal and a metabo.

Make a waterproof version for 5$ with a piece of 6" pvc pipe, heat gun, and a Dremel.
