So I am thinking about trading in the Fobus IWB holster I got from Greg Ellifritz and switching to THIS. Anyone have any experience with this type of carry method?

Unmatched retention. That's for sure.

Just for the record Ive lugged Berettas, Colts and Glocks for 25 years. Ive tried them all, own them all. I switched to the allusion for a Glock 23 and carry at 4'o clock and the only problem I have is occasionally reaching back to be sure the damn thing is still there.

we picked up those in every color imaginable. extremely positive retention and remarkable build quality. i ran a class with one and it was awesome. par time for draw-shoot-draw is about 28seconds and i was right there at 28.6. really innovative system

Is the trigger protected or not? At the very beginning of the second video it looks like it's not protected, but on other parts of the videos it looks like the trigger is covered by the belt. I wouldn't be interested in it if the trigger's not covered/protected.

Do you carry a pistol because you're scared of a dominant male like myself?

Obviously different, but reminded me of the OSS Holster, AKA the "String Holster" or "3 Cent Holster."

The "Handgun Sling" was pretty similar.

Just watched the 1st video a second time. At the very beginning he stares the the "Bungee Holster" is NOT to be used to carry a gun w/ a round in the chamber as the trigger is not protected. Consequently, this holster would be a "no-go" for me.

Best CCW holster I have ever had and it's not even close. I can carry a G19 all day in the tuckable. It's very comfortable.

I like the split second advantage you get from the distraction the band shooting up creates.

I have the Alien gear Tuck 3.0 for my shield. I love it. Got an iwb and a owb for my xd for around $70. The plastics are interchangeable.
I admittedly have only tried it and a Desantis softuck.
