Little Jon's in Kingston, OK or Stripers, Inc in Pottsboro, TX depending on if you want to fish the OK or Texas side. There are also a few guides that go on the Red River. They haul arse up to the dam when the generators are going then they cut the motor and float down the river a bit. I've never done that but I've seen them while catfishing below the dam. It looks crazy as hell.
