So I am in Lake Charles for work and will be returning from time to time every 6 weeks or so. Where are some easy launch spots around town to get on some fish?

TIA

Or any places that would be a nice early morning/ evening paddle.

I've heard they've been doing well for trout in Prien, never been though.

Choupique bayou is another decent option as well. Launch is on Chili Westlund Rd off 27, has a $2 honor box.
