Any advice for lake martin?
Posted on 9/30/17 at 6:17 pm to Janky
look at the canal on the west side of the north flats...
with the wind direction this morning (what little there was)...blowing across the north flats and into those cuts that flow into that canal and dead ends...the fish were stacking up at some of those points...it just took me a while to find them...

good for watching birds
but no I haven't fished it for a couple yr, and never in a yak
its always a grass issue over there. A buddy of mine said there in there you just have to finesse them
might make a trip this fall

Gotcha. We were over there today but south of that.
I figured when you said the bite died with the wind you were fishing cuts somewhere.

That's Henderson. That place can be bipolar. Ask anyone that fishes the place and they'll say the same thing.
The problem is they have so much room to spread out, so finding the hot spots can be difficult at times. Looks like farad found it. But I'm glad nobody scratched.
Everyone I've talked to struggled the last couple days.
