Its ok, my friend Kalunda killed an ivory-billed woodpecker during teal season. It was tast....I mean, he says it was tasty.

Your dumbass friend's dumbass kid is fricked if he gets caught. However, if he stuffs the bird in an ice chest and prays to Wematonya (sp?), the bird might be resurrected.

i was a game warden in the 90's.

waterfowl cases are always filed in federal court. The feds in my district did not prosecute minors for bird violations. i believe this is still the case.

should be ok.
