After a buddy had success doing this at a NOLA buyback he convinced me to go to one here in BR with him. The officers ran us off immediately after the first interested person stopped to talk to us so we just left.

Speaking of gun buy backs look up the Serbu GB-22 (gun buyback .22).

He basically built a cheapo .22 that looked like a glock using a CNC machine. Then went around the country making $ off selling them to buy back programs.

Pretty damn genius

That seems borderline illegal at first without the proper license, but I guess The state run buyback isn't really considered a sale?

Just seems like manufacturing to redeem for cash is walking a thin line, at least thin enough that I wouldn't publically announce I am doing it

It's a "Stupidity Tax" on those that run gun buy-backs in the first place.

Is there like $100 minimum? Seems I have some bb guns that I need to unload.

Never understood how this is a "buy back". It wasn't theirs in the first place. Look for an increase in burglaries in the Shreveport area this week so thieves can take the guns and turn them in for cash.

The "values" are absolutely hilarious. The values are set by what the MSM deems the most dangerous.

$300 for an "assault rifle", but $50 for any shotgun or shotgun?

ETA: on another note how do they verify that the firearms are in working order?
