Is there a sanctioned spot to dump off sandbags?

I've dumped sand in all the low spots and still have a truck load left. Anyone know if there is place to take them off to?

Good business opportunity here for someone with some equipment.
Charge $20 to haul all the sandbags off, pile the dirt up somewhere, sell the dirt.

River sand is some super badass shite. Packs like concrete and grows the hell out of some grass (and weeds).

I've been trying to get about 200-300 bags from people who still have them scattered in the yard with no luck so far. I'll come pick them up if you're in the Baton Rouge area. Got a huge washout that I'm trying to fill as cheaply as possible.
