Is it too late to transplant blueberry bushes once they bloom?

I've got 4 blueberry bushes growing in large containers & I was thinking about putting one in the ground just to see how it does. The one I'm thinking about transplanting, this is it's second spring, if that matters. It is budding right now & I was wondering if I could transplant it with the buds? TIA

I did the same last spring with five bushes and they are alive and well now. They were all in their second spring and I went ahead and let them produce berries. Had a pretty decent crop despite everyone telling me to pinch them out.

ETA: Cleggs has the Tifblue 3-gallon containers on sale for 9.99 now. Great deal and very nice sized.

The ones I have are tough as shite. I spray them with roundup and they come back.

So I should have no problems transplanting even tho they are flowering/blooming. I had a good first crop from my older bushes, I did pinch off fruit from these younger bushes but this year I think I'm just going to let everything fruit.
