Is it too late to crab on the coast ?

Looking to hit Elmers with my kid. Maybe Monday morning so we can boil later that day.

crabbing is good until water temps reach below 60 degrees, after that they tend the get lethargic

We caught a ton on Grand Isle last week leading up to the Kayak tournament.

They were all over the surf in Orange Beach last weekend. All females.

Crabbing for me as a kid was always Thanksgiving week.

Im wondering this also, will be in ocean springs next weekend. Surf or bay/canals/bayous?
