My great grandpas early 60s manufacture. I can really bust the hell out of clays with it. Always felt so natural to aim for me. It is a light weight12 ga version.

That's the gun I grew up hunting with. That will forever be my favorite gun.

Beautiful. I grew up hunting with my grandfathers sweet 16 that looked just like that. Wish I owned it today.

Awesome! Beautiful shotguns. I'm partial, as I have a Light Twenty.

I received a 1938 16ga. A-5, not the sweet 16, but it's sexy still haven't been able to shoot it at some clay. Can't wait though, it shoulders nicely.

Browning knew what they were doing with those boom sticks.

I agree. I have the same gun made in 1958 and I consider it's the favorite gun I own.

I agree. I have a Mag 20;Sweet 16;light 12; and a Mag 12. I hunt with one of them at all times. All still as good as when made.

I've got my grandfather's 1957-ish belgian made FN Browning A5. Love shooting that gun.

Belgium made with a ribbed barrel is the most desirable. Nice gun.

nice...i have 3 A5s (3in 12, Sweet 16, and a 20). the 12 was a Christmas gift 31 years ago (it's Japanese)...the 16 and 20 (both Belgian) were handed down to me.

my all-time sentimental favorite gun. and i will forever exclusively shoot ducks with my humpback 12.

Very nice. Im not a duck hunter but a buddy of mine let me borrow his A5 a few yrs ago for a guided duck hunt I went on in Delacroix. First duck that came in I busted. It is a sweet shooting gun for sure.

I have the sweet 16 also and was thinking about duck hunting with it. My concern is shooting steel shot out of it. Have you had any trouble shooting steel?
