no pics, maybe later. front yard looking as good as ever in years for me. Spot sprayed twice w this so far

last week put weed n feed out before big rain ( think it was too much rain when that thursday front came through)

but overall, really happy with the steady progression of all the weeds dying in front yard and i had pretty much everything imaginable. Couple patches in front waiting on grass to fully overtake but its getting there. WIll make sure i don't scalp the grass on cuts, keep the length one notch higher than a normal "low" cut to insure i don't burn select spots here and there when ground elevation changes a bit. Hit weed n feed in front in a couple more weeks again.

I also really slacked off the ant and insect control past year or two. Early spring i hit it with the bug blaster granule stuff, took a week or so but really haven't noticed any ants lately. May have to reapply during summer but happy with the product considering it wasn't very inexpensive.

My backyard doesn't look as good mostly due to piss spots from my fricking stupid arse dog.

this thread is unofficially sponsored by Ferti~lome.

Ferti-Lome also makes a crabgrass killer that actually works. I have tried other brands with no luck.

How long did it take for you to notice changes with the ferti-lome? I put it out 3ish weeks ago and have not noticed much.

But I also just bought this home and they were not yard people. how long should I wait before doing another application of this?

i haven't noticed a heavy change but within a weeks time, its greened up a bit and become more full imo. I'd apply another application maybe within a weeks time. I think you can hit it twice in a month. i'll probably do same. Again, i put it down before i think too heavy of a rain event.

I'm going to use that Fertilome weed and feed this Sunday. I put Scott's Bonus S down over a month ago, and the grass greened up, but it didn't knock out all the clover and other weeds (though they are super green now).

Hoping the fertilome knocks them out for good.

Try living with 3

Tilled up 1/10th of the yard and replanted with $150 worth of Bermuda and fertilizer and about 5% of that area took, so now I have a dirt patch

We got any pics of this yard yet?

I shot mine with 24d cheapo brand from home depot. Its done okay on the dollarweed, but the clover still stands strong. Do I need something else for clover?

Going to fertilize next weekend maybe. Used 13 13 13 last year on centipede and it worked well.
