I want to make something with them for the homeowners. Any ideas? Tallest one is about 4'

What's the homeowner into? He have a kamado? Could be the beginnings of a nice grill table.

You could do a staggered mantle with the different pieces for the kitchen in that case

Splice the two on the right together for a mantel.

Cut beams about 2-3 feet. Buy some blue outdoor vases/ceramic pots and put one on each beach on either side of front door

Any interior brick? You might be able to use one or two as an exposed door header

You could slice them up and make a nice butt joined table surface. I like the bench idea.

Rip them down and press them together and make a cutting board for the outdoor kitchen.
The short one you could sand smooth and put about 75 coats of Lacquer for an outdoor step stool or foot rest.

Butcher block or benches. Also could be used as the base for a floating island in the outdoor kitchen.

Excuse my ignorance (it is vast), but is pine a good material to make a butcher block out of? Thought hardwoods were preferred

It is, I wouldn't use pine for a butcher block but legs for one would be cool. That looks to be heart pine which is typically more dense and harder than SYP.

I would not want to cut food on a pine butcher block
there will be pitch no matter how dry it is

Assuming there are no nails in it I would mill down a couple to make boards out of and make a nice table top with legs.
I like the idea of an exposed header as well. Not sure I would want heart pine out in the weather.

If they have a small fireplace the 4' one would make a mantle. You Could rip on a bandsaw to thickness. It also could be ripped and edge glued to make a table with the shorter ones being legs. Also accent shelves or a short bench.
