I have a new neighbor that is putting corn in his back yard to attract deer.

...Now, the feral hogs are digging up our yards and leaving tracks and droppings. I warned him. These aren't small hogs.

What is easier to eradicate, the hogs or the neighbor? I can't sit up all night every night waiting on them.

I have a gun. (just one 0bama) I have friends with traps.

They just never came up close to the homes before the new guy's wife wanted to see the pretty deer. On any given evening without corn, you can see 15-50 deer. They eat the low hanging leaves from the trees. Deer have eaten most of our ornamental plants we used for landscaping. Deer are easy.

Hogs will kill a dog. They damage property.

Large volume will call for trapping. You'll never shoot the all. But you need a major trap, not a single.

Leave corn trail up into his flower bed. Once they mess it all up maybe he'll think twice

The irony is - he drew hogs and now the hogs will probably kill what deer you have. Prayers sent.

Sounds like a good opportunity for you and some of your baws to use some of that tannerite stuff.

Thats what I'm thinking.

If you live in an area where you can bust off rounds all night, this would be paradise for me. I would immediately set up a badass outdoor kitchen with TV and get to "hunting"

If your neighbor complains about late night gunfire, tell him it's his fault for putting corn out.
