Put in at city park. Was cold, but by the time I got there it was sunny and crystal clear.
Brought a rod just in case I wanted to throw a few casts. Wasn't really planning on fishing that hard.
5 greenheads surrounding one hen. I'm guessing her name was SpicyStacy.
No duck had ever let me get that close to them before.
"Da frick you looking at?"
"Hey, look, a coonass in a kayak"
"I'm outa here"
Nothing to hoist. Tomorrow I may try Bayou St. John and fish for real.
