How much should I sell this Warn Winch for?

To make a long story short, I need to sell this winch.
The guy I bought my truck from says it's in excellent working condition, and it turns out my father in law is not going to use it on his Polaris.
Anyway looking online, I see a wide range of prices, Just wanted to see what a fair price would be for winch and mount??

New it's worth about a $1200 (winch and mount)...you decide on a fair price, looks to be in decent shape as long as it works and is complete you should do OK.

He thought some guys at the camp (Northeast Texas) was going to get it, but he bought it back to Monroe, to see what he could get for it.
