How long do you leave your hanging tree stands up?

All season if its in the right spot.

I'm lazy. I leave mine up until I find what I think is a better spot. Have had a couple grow into the tree. Do change the straps though and keep an eye on the cables.

That's what I was wondering...how long the straps stay reliable being left out in the heat/rain..i mean hell it was 94 here yesterday

needed to raise mine last weekend, had left in tree all year, added another extension to my climbing stick. Buckle on main strap was buggered up, had to unbolt bracket to get stand off of tree, had forgot my harness, major pain in the arse

At least a season if left in the woods from opening day to close.

Much longer if taken in/out each hunt and stored inside

I have had some family keep some in the same spot for a decade. Change the straps yearly, actual chain and lock growing into the tree.

I have one way way in the swamp that I left last year. Haven't been back to it since. Need to go check on that guy
