How is this legal?

Just finished watching this Primos video on youtube. They are hunting in February at Roseland Refuge which is in Concordia Parish which is in Area1. They are hunting with slug guns and rifles. They actually kill three deer with firearms and they keep repeating that is indeed the month of February. They talk about an extended season but according to the regs and my recollection there is no firearm season open during the month of February in any of the areas. What I am missing here? Was there an extended primitive weapons season that I didnt know about? LINK

If it is indeed Roseland Plantation , I know the owners . I can guarantee you they will not bend or break any state wildlife rules ...

Forgot about that program. No wonder I wasn't familiar with it. I have no money. Lol.
