Good ol' Ballistol should work fine. The nickel boron will just make it that much easier to clean.

Just take the bolt out and wipe it down. I will put a drop of oil on a q-tip and get into the carrier.

Put it back together.

Sometimes if I've put a lot of rounds in between cleanings I will need to scrape some of the carbon off the bolt with my knife.

no biggie. That finish is hard as a rock.

I have a Titanium Nitride carrier from Cryptic. Looks like this:

I use some CLP and a shop paper towel to clean mine. Cleans much easier than a standard BCG. For the really thick grimey stuff, I use a nylon brush or copper brush.

I thought the whole point of buying into that nonsense was because they were so easy to clean. The Army thought the same when testing BCGs that were hard chromed entirely. Turns out crack propagation made ease of cleaning a moot point.

you shouldnt have to clean it very often, and when you do, the shite should just wipe right off. use a soft brush if needed

I was specifically asking about method, not ease. I wasn't aware of any issues that they were having. Although I did see where one company had flaking issues which seems odd.
