Looked at Hondas wwbsite, looks like they offer a full auto now. Don't know what all the hate is about. Nothing wrong with auto... But I would vote foot shift vs e shift. That thing has just had too many problems.

Is Brookhaven usually the best price wise for Hondas? I've seen them mentioned a bunch here.

How do the taxes work if you buy it in Brookhaven? Do they charge you any tax at all at their dealership if you live in LA?

i vote electric shift or automatic. Will never own another foot shift. Once you go automatic, you will never go back.

If you buy out of state there are no taxes due at point of sale. Legally you are supposed to declare it on your state income tax form. That's how it is in Alabama anyway. Really not supposed to be tax on interstate commerce.

I like the belt drive automatics that other brands use. Not a fan of the auto Honda uses, but Honda makes great bikes other than the auto transmission. I'd buy a manual shifting Honda, but if I wanted an auto, Kawasaki or Yamaha it is.

That's what I've heard about the Honda automatics but haven't seen it myself. Would rather auto but manual isn't too big a deal
