Honda 4-wheeler help

Trying to remember a particular Zachary Honda 4wheeler repair guy that was recommended here couple of months back. Any help would be appreciated. My Honda 4wheeler isn't cranking and I keep getting the blinking F1 light.

I think that code is for a voltage signal. Has it been submerged? Could have corrosion on a connector somewhere...

Being more specific it is the FYI red light flashing when trying to start. 2012 Rincon, has not been in water, put in shed before last two rains to keep it dry. Light use. Thank you for your input.

Google how to pull codes. You have to hold some buttons,turn key on and count blinking light.
