Help! Tuna/ mahi charters out of Venice???

Who are the best captains for a group of five going on a day trip out of venice? Any suggestions or comments appreciated!

I see they charge a flat price.......do charters like this ever cut corners as far as fuel consumption, as opposed to the ones where you pay a certain price plus fuel?

Billy and I talked a lot back when we had blown up Ficht motors in common, but I never fished with him. Super guy to talk to on the dock, I just didn't want to go offshore with the same motor that failed me twice.

What does this mean? They have a lodge down there but he wouldn't take you out two days in a row?

I generally live out there on the weekends that I'm not fishing saltwater or at a beerfest with the F&D guys. I have NOT appeared in any Prop Stop pictures on the OT (but I've been close...)
