Help needed - Looking at a used utility trailer

What should I be concerned about or look at when buying a used trailer? It's a 5x8 and looks pretty sturdy in picture. Dont know how old it is or anything like that. Guy "doesnt need it anymore cause he got a bigger trailer". I want to believe its in good shape, but never owned one so dont know what to look at. TIA

Bent frame,rust,tires wearing uneven, and whether it's stolen!

All of the above plus check the axle and make sure its not all bowed.
