No idea, we head north for the OB pheasant/ duck hunt on Wednesday and we are driving and trying to make sure we have everything. The list is long...

Bull tag?

Idaho kills some whoppers every year.

If you are hiking the mountains be sure to take care of your feet. Change socks often, apply bandages as needed. Blisters ruined the hunts of many people that I've elk hunted with.

I bring a couple of these when I go hunting in Colorado, about 11,000 ft elevation. You probably wont be hunting at that elevation in Idaho.

Hunting Thursday Friday Sat.

Bull Tag & License was $550. I really wouldn't mind killing a cow, but you can't yet.

The most challenging thing about pheasant hunting is marking the downed birds. Make sure you triangulate well. And running to them is key, them little bastards will be 80 yards away in seconds it seems.

Where exactly? Which direction from Idaho Falls. I know that area well and can give you better guidance.

Super jealous. Idaho is the most underrated state in the union.

I'll let you know when I know. It's private land not through a guide.

Edit: Tex Creek Zone 69 does that help?

High quality pair of binoculars. You stare through them all day and cheap binos will give you a headache.
