Was planning on going today, but I broke my phone last night. Great way to start the weekend.

Hoping to find a Aero 308 upper/lower, but I doubt I will.

I doubt I make it. I'm headed out shortly to find a new Silverado 16k off MSRP.

If there's anyone here that could do it, my money is on you.

It was ok. Not many pistols unless you want a glock or a sig. Picked up some .22 mag ammo because it's the only place I've seen it for over a year now. Might bring the wife back to look at an AR-15 I almost pulled the trigger on. Doubt they'll still have it when I come back.

I went to this show last year. I know it's a newer show and "up and coming" but I wasn't impressed. Just more of the same new dealers with new guns for the same price they sell them in stores or used dealers with old crap at astronomical prices. Not to mention all the dream catchers and other assorted crap.

If I'm starting a new gun show I'm going to try to do something different than all the others. Slidell and Kenner shows are nothing but overpriced junk and this one seemed to be the same.

I agree, however They did have an M&P 15 sport II FOR $600 that I almost pulled the trigger on.

Not a bad price. I've seen them for less online, but you'd pay more after the transfer...

I need some .22 mag ammo. How much was it if you don't mind me asking?

Have you been to the guys at the gun store on Hwy 59? Optimum Outfitters I believe it is called.

They have a nice ammo selection and can order anything you're looking for. The guys are nice. I went in looking for some premium 20GA slug rounds for a gun hunt to Illinois last fall. Those kodjers told me there was no way a 20GA slug sould kill a Midwestern deer. I found the rounds I was needing at Puglia's and returned to the Optimum Outfitters place to show pics of the results of a 20GA rifled slug after my hunt. They still could not believe me. I haven't been back since, but a lot of locals rave about them.

I will try them.

I got one of those 30rd .22 deals ordered from some pawnshop in TX so I need some .22 mag ammo.

We've got Hornady in stock. I believe it's 30gr vmax. Should be $13.99/50
