A Panama City fisherman faces life in jail after pleading guilty Wednesday to distributing cocaine he found in the Gulf of Mexico. Thomas Breeding, 32, is set to be sentenced Feb. 16 after being arrested in the summer for his role in the distribution of around 20 kilograms of the controlled substance. Four co-defendants that helped Breeding deal the cocaine, thought to have a street value of between $500,000 and $620,000, will also face lengthy sentences next month. Writing to the News Herald of Panama City, Breeding warned against the life-changing choice he made in attempting to sell the cocaine that he discovered whilst fishing about 50 miles (80 kilometers) south of Panama City last January.

it'd probably be better to go to vegas and get sucked off by ever dancer in town than try to sell it.

thread title is misleading. He didn't go to jail for finding the coke, he went for trying to sell it. Pretty big difference.

Title doesn't say he went to jail bc he found the coke, it only says he went to jail after finding coke. Pretty big difference.

The old square grouper story sounds fishy to you, huh?

Well that's a much safer story to tell than to name the cartel members you were working for. The "How I Ratted on the Cartel" story doesn't have a happy ending.
