Leaving Friday morning to head to the island. Supposed to go offshore but never ends up happening on tarpon weekend. Usually just get drunk then spend the day on the beach doing a little wade fishing.

I want to strap the yak to the front of the boat for the ride out there and peddle around the delta to try and hook a tarpon. Would be legendary.

Brother landed one on lite tackle a couple days ago down in Hopedale in Lena lagoon.

fly in Wednesday night, going down Thursday morning. First time ever, fishing some on Thursday and Friday, not sure about Saturday. Looking forward to not working and having some fun hanging out with family.

Welp boat we were supposed to go offshore with just canceled last minute. Soooo guess we will be staying inshore.
