good day fishing yesterday

I caught a 2.5lb bluegill on light tackle. He put a fight.
I live in a condo development with a pond. He now lives in said pond.

BR, my pond died 3 summers ago. I have single handedly restocked it.

I've been fishin for so long, I would say he weighed between 1.75 and 2.25lbs.
Still a nice, pretty fish.
That pond has huge bluegills and you need to catch them is hotdogs. Too damn easy.
Also, catch some small bluegills, put them on a hook and cast them.
You're guaranteed to catch some channel cats and bass.
