That's asking a lot of a single holster. I've seen holsters designed for both inside & outside the waistband carry, but not OWB carry and back pocket carry. It can be difficult finding a combo of gun size, holster size and pocket size to accomodate rear pocket carry. Plus, you're going to have a laser attached. My 380 is a Kel-Tec so it's smaller than the model 42, but even then it doesn't fit well in back pockets so I carry it in the front pocket.
