Fireball jawbreakers helped me out for a good while. Even was able to go with out the jawbreakers and after about 3 months and hunting season starting back up, being in the duck blind with out a dip in just doesn't sit right with me.

Did it last year. Sunflower seeds and chewing gum are your friend. Stayed off of it (for the most part) since then... after 20 years of dipping.

If you want to quit, a friend stopped dipping and placed a small amount of dip between his toes. Got his nicotine for a little while. Weekly he would reduce the amount till he cut it out all together.

They say day 3 is the worst for almost anything. Hang in there. I need to do it as well. After school though. Shits been real crazy and it's my only vice currently, so planning that for after May when I graduate. Potential new job wouldn't allow anyway.
