Per Facebook:
quote:

KIMBER SALE & TAX FREE WEEKEND - This Friday and Saturday state sales taxes are suspended AND Saturday thru Sunday we are running a sale on our remaining Kimbers in stock. I'll get specific prices posted here later this evening. It's not going to get any cheaper than this. Please note this is a correction from an earlier post as the state sales tax holiday only runs Friday and Saturday but our Kimber sale will be as originally stated so the smart move is to buy on Saturday to take advantage of both savings.

its not about concealed carry... they have a sign that says, in a nutshell, have your gun unloaded and slide locked back when entering the building to sign in and what not. obviously if its concealed they wouldn't know you had a gun on you...

What is wrong with that sign? Accidental Discharge is a huge concern for me when I see people handling guns.

that old man can be a dick. and I didn't say there was anything necessarily wrong with it and I get the idea of safety first. I usually carry one on my hip and carry one concealed

So they'll only be a little more expensive than what you can find online

I've always followed their rules, and they're still always a bunch of douches (with the exception of one or two).

This was posted her as information in case anyone was interested in purchasing a Kimber on sale.

It was not posted for individuals to be bashing the establishment and the owners and staff of the property.

All I have to say is that rules are set for personal safety.

Carson made a good point. Whether it be Precision, or Jims or Heberts.. A sale for them is still more expensive than online. plus why wouldn't you want opinions on the establishment you're buying from? I wouldn't want to support a company that isn't pleasant to its consumers.

I've never had a negative encounter at Precision.

Nor has my SO or any of her girl friends when they go shooting.

Me too. There is a photo of one on the back of one of my gun mags and it keeps taunting me.

I told myself I won't buy another gun until I get my Springfield M1A. I have too many wants and not enough disposable income.

What is an assault rifle? I'm not familiar with that term....

the AR in AR-15 is not an acronym for "assault rifle" like many liberals would like you to believe.
quote:

The "AR" in all AR pattern rifles stands for Armalite

To answer your question: Yes, you can shoot AR's, AK's, and SKS at Precision. No steel penetrator ammo (green tip) or tracer rounds. Some green tip is not steel core, so if in doubt, have them check the ammo with a magnet (lead is not magnetic)
