Fuel tank disposal

I am cleaning our shop as it is being sold, and there is an old fuel tank in there off of an F150 that has a hole in the bottom of it, but holding some gasoline as it was patched with JB Weld. I know I can't sell it due to the hole, so how would I go about properly disposing of it?

Dump the gas out and put it at the street
