So apparently this weekend you do not need a fishing license to fish in LA, and tomorrow I will be going on an off-shore fishing trip out of Fourchon(if the weather cooperates). Is off-shore fishing included in this? Do I not need to buy a license?

They are closed for the weekend. This most likely be my only fishing trip of the year AND the weather looks shitty so I really would rather not buy a license

someone posted a thread on this earlier and I am pretty sure they said it was all fishing. There may be links or quotes in that thread to back it up.
