Flashback: big boat on Goodwood/Broadmoor 70's

Who remembers that big arse boat that was parked at the top of a driveway/backyard on Goodwood between Broadmoor high school and Sharp? Thing sat there for probably 10 years when I was a kid. Anymore know the story? Have to imagine some dude thought he would restore it. Would have pissed at him if he was my neighbor though. Story about the 65 foot boat sinking got me thinking about this.

i remember seeing that everyday riding the bus to school. i always wondered the same thing. if memory serves correctly, it had a shark mouth painted on the bow.
