I heard that you have to put your name and address on each yo yo that you hang or face a fine. Anyone else heard this?

I know you have to do this and stay in sight of them while they are fishing now on Lake D'Arbonne. I don't know of it is now a LA rule or not though.

Yo yo fishing is fun and all but it's not really a challenge.

I prefer the ole line and pole.

I asked a GW friend last year and he said you don't have to.

It's a helluva challenge to make one run and never spill your drink or beer. Holding a spotlight, grabbing the limbs, pulling fish, re-setting the line, and cleaning your dick skinners is quite the task with a styrofoam full of whiskey on the rocks beside your feet.

That's the fun part......."camping out" and getting drunk.

Rules vary. Check regs.

It's too hot imo. The gators and turtles may eat your fish if you don't take them off quickly. Not to mention if they dry out/dye.

Just checked the regs in texas because I'm running some jugs in Conroe later this month and was thinking of putting some yo yos on our dock. Apparently they are illegal in public waters of texas. Ghey
