Reds, Bass, Sacalait, & Brim in Bayou Black. Litemup did nothing, too big, doesnt flutter that great. Will have to try on specs one day.

Good ole PopR, tiny torpedo, wacky, and Texas rigged did the trick.

Yall catching on the beach? I'm driving down with the boat tonight. Family is already at the camp. Told me the surf has laid down but is real dirty looking.

Surf was no good today. It was pretty rough at 5 am and dirty. Cleared up a little around lunch. Didn't catch much. Saw guys on boats catching small white trout.

Been on the island since Monday and surf has been rough and murky as hell. Several inches of visibility at best. Did catch a limit of trout hopping around protected areas to the east and on the backside of GI earlier in the week. Wind has been brutal. Live shrimp and croakers were equally productive for us on Thursday

Delacroix out of the yak. Water was low and took me a while to find them. Caught 9 reds and back at thehouse around 1. Was all catch and release. One was a fat 30".
