Fishing Charter Recommendation - Destin, FL

I am taking the family to Destin in early June and want to take my 12 and 10 year old boys fishing. We just need something fairly close to shore.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a charter?

For serious fishing take Kelly Windes with Sunrise. For just fun fishing with your boys Swoop party boat would be fine.
