Fall Trout Migration

A bunch of people have told me that the trout migration into the marsh really kicks off after we get two cold fronts . How low does the temperature have to go to be considered a cold front?
This is my first time owning a boat ( I have been keeping it in Delacroix since May) and I'm jumping out of my skin waiting for the trout to move inside. Fished a few times in Point a la hashe in the fall/winter with friends so I have gotten a taste of it. Thanks

Trout bites been better past 2 weeks than it was in may for me. Less boats too.

It's already started baw. You can catch them in transition right now before they settle into their winter spots

Hoping to get the boat out saturday to knock the dust off it and put some trout in it as well. Think this fall is shaping up to be really good. Sunday got invited to go bass fishing up north of saint francisville in lake Rosemound.
