2nd, Majority of these mass murders have been commited by people that clearly should be in an institution yet the liberals don't like "confining anyone because of an illness" If someone is on anti psychotic meds why shouldn't they be immediately relegated to an instition?

Gun control measures are simply feel-good measures and do not solve the ROOT of the problem. None of the laws do. The problem is NOT the gun.
