Fellas...(and any ladies), get a fire extinguisher and a good First Aid Kit, +Tourniquet.

Its gonna be a busy summer. Don't end up like this guy.

Guy turned out just fine. No damage to people, only property.

Things can get out of control quickly. If I drove up to this situation, I'd want to have a first aid kit, too late for the extinguisher.

Just seemed like a good reminder with folks being busy in the outdoors to be prepared for emergencies.

Usually my exhaust is touching mud, or at the least grass that's too wet to light

I bet the exhaust hit some dry grass.

BIL had this happen, didnt catch the truck on fire because I was right there.

He sunk, not mudding, on a property him and my sister bought. Exhaust hit the grass and it was quick. Much quicker than you would think with the ground being as wet as it was.

I don't have the fire extinguisher in my car but I have the other two. All the times I go shooting I figure it's better to be extra prepared.

Just got a couple of these quick tourniquets this week.

Shiiiiiiit, top gear sank a Tacoma in the ocean, lit it on fire, and had it sit on top a building that was being demo'd. Connect a few hoses and wires and that bitch fired up and drove off

My diesel's manual mentions this could happen during an exhaust filter cleaning cycle.
