I need a new electric knife for filleting fish (specs, reds, etc). Any ones you would recommend? Or ones I should avoid?

PS- Get an extra set of blades, especially if you're fileting reds.

American Angler. It's yellow and black. At work so can't post a pic. Mr. Twister sucks IMO. Blades always cut through the skin when your trying to fillet. The serations are too deep.

Mr Twister Salt water. Think it is called the Piranha. It is blue and white and about $30 at academy.

I'm not a huge fan of the curved blades that come with the saltwater (blue and white) mr twister. I only use those blades for refish or the court bouillon variety. Green & yellow for me...
