Dishwasher lower wash bar won't spin

It's a Kenmore ultra wash quiet guard 3 that's about 10 years old. About a week ago it started making a louder and louder noise when the lower bar would spin. Now it won't spin at all but I can hear a buzzing sound like it's trying to.
I've cleaned out the holes on the wash bar and removed the lower part where the water drains and cleaned all that out. There was no debris that would keep it from spinning. What else can I try?

Did you try searching on YouTube? I have found a ton of appliance repair stuff on there

Yes and I've done all they suggested. I'm thinking the motor that spins the bar must be out. Going to look at what that part cost and if it's worth it on a 10 year old dishwasher.

I am guessing there is a pump that sprays the water through the holes at an angle and that is what makes the bar spin....if the pump goes out, the bar doesn't spin.
